1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and www.jili777 ("the Company," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the www.jili777 website, mobile platform, and all related gaming services (collectively, the "Platform").

www.jili777 reserves the right to refuse registration or suspend any account where eligibility requirements are not met or cannot be verified to our reasonable satisfaction.

3 Account Registration

To access the full range of www.jili777 services, you must create a registered account. The following rules apply to all account registrations and ongoing account maintenance:

• One Account Per Person: Each individual may hold only one registered account on the www.jili777 Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances therein.
• Accurate Information: You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, valid Philippine mobile number, and a working email address. Providing false or misleading information is a material breach of these Terms.
• Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your www.jili777 username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. www.jili777 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure.
• Account Verification (KYC): www.jili777 may require you to complete identity verification ("Know Your Customer" or KYC) procedures at any time, including before processing withdrawals. Required documents may include a government-issued photo ID (e.g., Philippine passport, SSS ID, PhilSys National ID, driver's license) and proof of address.
• Contact Updates: You are responsible for keeping your contact information up to date. www.jili777 will use the contact details on file to communicate important account and security notifications.

www.jili777 reserves the right to suspend or close any account at its sole discretion where it reasonably suspects a breach of these registration requirements.

4 Deposits & Payments

www.jili777 accepts deposits through the following payment methods available to Filipino players:

• E-Wallets: GCash, PayMaya (Maya)
• Online Banking: BPI Online, BDO Online Banking, Metrobank Online
• Other methods as may be added or removed from time to time at www.jili777's discretion

The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Deposits are generally credited to your www.jili777 account balance in real time or within a few minutes, depending on the payment provider. www.jili777 does not charge fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees.

www.jili777 reserves the right to refuse, reverse, or place a hold on any deposit that it reasonably suspects to be fraudulent, unauthorized, or in violation of these Terms or applicable law. All transactions are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱).

5 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱500. Requests below this threshold will not be processed.
• Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, in accordance with anti-money laundering (AML) requirements.
• www.jili777 reserves the right to request full KYC documentation before processing any withdrawal request. Failure to provide requested documentation within 14 calendar days may result in the withdrawal request being cancelled.
• Standard withdrawal processing time is 1–3 business days from the date of approval. Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider and volume of requests.
• Bonus funds and winnings derived from bonus play may be subject to wagering requirements before they become eligible for withdrawal. See Section 6 for full bonus terms.
• www.jili777 reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on withdrawal requests exceeding ₱50,000 in a single transaction or ₱200,000 in a rolling 30-day period.

www.jili777 will not be liable for any delays in withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment providers, banking system outages, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

www.jili777 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms communicated at the time the bonus is offered:

• Wagering Requirements: Unless otherwise stated, all bonuses are subject to a minimum wagering requirement before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be clearly stated in the specific promotion terms.
• Eligibility: Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only. www.jili777 reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion and to exclude any player from any promotion without prior notice.
• One Bonus at a Time: Unless explicitly stated otherwise, only one bonus may be active on your account at any given time. Opting into a new bonus while another is active may result in forfeiture of the existing bonus.
• Bonus Abuse: Any attempt to abuse, exploit, or circumvent bonus terms — including but not limited to multi-accounting, use of automated software, or coordinated play — will result in immediate forfeiture of all bonus funds and associated winnings, and may result in permanent account closure.
• Expiry: Bonuses that are not used or wagered within the stated validity period will expire automatically and be removed from your account balance without compensation.
• Modification and Cancellation: www.jili777 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that such changes do not unfairly prejudice players who have already accepted and are actively using a bonus in good faith.

7 Fair Play & Prohibited Conduct

www.jili777 is committed to providing a fair, secure, and enjoyable gaming environment for all Filipino players. The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Platform:

• Use of automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform or gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Collusion with other players to manipulate game outcomes, including in live dealer games, poker, or any multiplayer format.
• Exploitation of software bugs, glitches, or errors. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of a technical error are void and will be reversed.
• Fraudulent chargebacks or disputes filed with payment providers in bad faith.
• Money laundering or any attempt to use the www.jili777 Platform to conceal the origin of funds.
• Harassment, abuse, or threatening behavior directed at www.jili777 staff or other players.
• Any other conduct that www.jili777 reasonably determines to be harmful to the integrity of the Platform or other players.

All games on the www.jili777 Platform use certified Random Number Generators (RNG) that have been independently tested to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. www.jili777 employs real-time fraud detection systems to identify and act on prohibited conduct.

8 Intellectual Property

All content on the www.jili777 Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game assets, software, user interface designs, and promotional materials — is the exclusive property of www.jili777 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the www.jili777 Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This license does not include the right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any content from the Platform without prior written consent from www.jili777.
• Modify, adapt, translate, reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Platform or its underlying software.
• Use any www.jili777 trademarks, logos, or brand elements in any manner without express written authorization.
• Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from the Platform using automated means.

Any unauthorized use of www.jili777 intellectual property may result in legal action. All rights not expressly granted in these Terms are reserved by www.jili777.

9 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, www.jili777 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and service providers shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of funds resulting from unauthorized access to your account due to your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the Platform or any game, whether due to scheduled maintenance, technical failure, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform.
• Any loss or corruption of data associated with your account.
• Any actions or omissions of third-party payment providers, game suppliers, or other service providers.

www.jili777's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your www.jili777 account in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude liability for fraud, willful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable Philippine law.

10 Responsible Gaming

www.jili777 takes its responsible gaming obligations seriously and is committed to promoting safe, healthy, and enjoyable gaming for all Filipino players. We recognize that for some individuals, gambling can become problematic, and we have implemented the following tools and policies to support responsible play:

11 Termination & Account Closure

Either party may terminate the account relationship at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• Player-Initiated Closure: You may request closure of your www.jili777 account at any time by contacting our support team. Any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.
• Company-Initiated Closure: www.jili777 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your account at any time, with or without prior notice, if we reasonably determine that you have breached any provision of these Terms, engaged in fraudulent or prohibited conduct, or if required to do so by applicable law or regulatory authority.
• Effect of Termination: Upon account closure, your license to use the Platform is immediately revoked. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination — including but not limited to intellectual property rights, limitation of liability, and governing law — shall continue to apply.

www.jili777 will not be liable to you or any third party for any termination of your account in accordance with these Terms.

12 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

In the event of any dispute between you and www.jili777, we encourage you to first contact our customer support team to seek an informal resolution. Our team is available 24/7 and will make every reasonable effort to resolve your concern promptly and fairly.

If an informal resolution cannot be reached, disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines. You agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of such courts for the purpose of litigating any such dispute.

13 Amendments to These Terms

www.jili777 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify registered players via the email address on file and/or by posting a prominent notice on the Platform.

The date of the most recent revision will always be displayed at the top of this page. Your continued use of the www.jili777 Platform after any amendments have been posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must stop using the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 11.
